Q: How long can I keep the cocktails & mocktails?
A: 3 days for optimal freshness (refrigerated) as I use fresh fruit juices, tea and/or coffee in my beverages. However, the spirit forward cocktails like Old Fashioned and Negroni can definitely last much longer!
Q: How many servings are in a bottle of 120ml and 480ml?
A: 120ml is good for 1-1.5 servings and 480ml is good for 4-6 servings. But it really depends on how thirsty you are!
Q: Do I get a gift box?
A: Yes, you will get a gift box if you order in multiples of 3 or 4 120ml bottles, or multiples of 1 or 3 for 480ml bottle(s). It will also come with paper straws and garnishes.

A: Yes, the minimum spend is $60+ (excluding prevailing taxes and delivery fee).
Q: How much is delivery?
A: $18+ per order per 1 location (excluding prevailing taxes and delivery fee). You may only enter one shipping address per order.

Q: Can you deliver to hotels?
A: Yes. Please include the hotel address, recipient's name, room number and contact number. The contact number facilitates smooth delivery. Please check that you have left the correct details of the recipient and be assured that we will only contact the recipient for delivery matters.
Q: What time would my parcel arrive?
A: Before 8pm of the day you have selected. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a time frame or estimated time that it would be delivered. If you need your items earlier i.e for a party, I would advise you to place an order for the day before.
Q: Can you do same day delivery?
A: No. Orders made by 5pm each day can be delivered 2 days later onwards. (i.e if you order on 1st Jan at 4.59pm, you can have it delivered to you on 3rd Jan or (selected) later dates. If you order on 1st Jan at 5.01pm, you can have it delivered to you on 4th Jan or (selected) later dates.
Q: I have allergies. Am I still able to order your products?
A: Please be advised that our products are prepared in an environment where nuts, peanuts, diary, crustacean, shellfish, fish, eggs, pollen and cereals also being prepared, and may contain traces of all of the above. Customers concerned with food allergies must be aware of these risks.
Q: Can I change my order after payment when a new flavour becomes available?
A: You may cancel your initial order and place a new order. Cancellation fee of 8% applies.
Q: I placed a wrong order, can I cancel my order?
A: You must cancel at least two (2) days prior to the date of delivery of your order. A full refund will be made to you, less a cancellation fee of 8% of your total bill. If you cancel less than two (2) days prior to the date of delivery of your order, no refund will be given.
Q: Can I replace my existing selections with other flavours after I have submitted my order?
A: You would have to cancel your existing order and submit a new order. Please note a cancellation fee of 8% of your total bill for the cancelled order applies.
Q: Why can’t I order more than 10 days in advance?
A: To ensure that I am able to fulfil your orders, I would not be taking orders too early in advance. Kindly place your order closer to the date.
Q: Can I swap my 480ml bottle order for four 120ml bottles?
A: You would have to cancel your existing order and submit a new order. Please note a cancellation fee of 8% of your total bill for the cancelled order applies.
Q: Why can’t I click on certain dates?
A: I am sold out for the day or I am not taking orders yet.
Q: How do I place an order for a few locations?
A: Place a new order for every location.

Please note we are unable to give any refunds if the parcel was delivered to a wrong address provided by you.

A: Currently, only within Singapore Main Island and Sentosa. We do not deliver to, Pulau Ubin, St John's Island, Lazarus Island, Tekong Island, Kusu Island, Semakau Island, Jurong Island.
